| The customer contacted me to see if I could sort out the bathroom that they had recently paid another bathroom fitter to complete. After looking at the poor quality the customers had been left with and the mess the tiling was in, lips on the tiles on every wall and the grout lines in corners out by 5/6 mm, the toilet lose on the floor, the shower valve leaking, the furniture not fitted correctly, there wasn't a item in the bathroom fitted or finished correctly. The only thing I could do with this bathroom was rip everything out and start again, I told the customers how many metres of wall and floor tiles they need and the items they need to order again that we couldn't salvage to refit. The customer where delighted to have a lovely bathroom once we had finished as the completed pictures show. |  |
