On the quotation we looked at different style options and Mrs Sanders told me which she liked. This bathroom installation Manchester required us to extend the stud wall into the bedroom by 200 mm allowing a 1000 x 1000 mm low level shower tray and enclosure to be fitted in the en suite. Mr and Mrs Sanders wanted the built in thermostatic shower, they have a gravity feed heating system which on its own does not have enough pressure to run a shower of this style, so we fitted a Salamander shower pump, pumping the hot water from the cylinder and the cold water from the cold water storage tank in the loft resulting in a shower with good pressure. We tiled all the walls from floor to ceiling and fished the bathroom off by fitting a PVC ceiling with chrome inserts and chrome LED down lights. This bathroom renovation in Manchester took 8 days to complete including plastering the newly built stud wall on the bedroom side.
